Eastport is The Villages' newest town center — a 1950s-postcard tribute to early Florida road-trip vacations, set on Central Lake with old-brick warehouse architecture, bright sunny murals, and bronze statues (swimmer, dancer, golfer) scattered around the square. Hotel Eastport anchors the development with 120 rooms and a 1950s gas station-themed restaurant; surrounding the plaza, the dining roster fills out with Lucky Goat Coffee, Yamas Mediterranean, Prime + Ember, Sundaze, Island Fin Poke, and Found for Home. Adjacent Olympia Recreation pairs the square with pickleball, indoor volleyball, and a new rock climbing wall — making Eastport the only Villages square that combines town-center dining with full indoor recreation.
